took half day today. had a date with putput. we're going to have our hair salon date. well, i didnt bring my handphone so had the trouble to call her and making sure she know where to meet. and she so smartly hav to call my office only to hear my voicemail at work....hahahha..ader ke she say i sound like chinese suara kental...hahaha..oh well, highlighted my hair. looks like golden monkey she says...while she do treatment and make her hair SUPER SOFT!...jealous sey aku...

meet up with the chupa chupz babes. we had dinner @ Rice Table, Cuppage. Initially, i can't make it, but somehow i manage to join them at the last minute..So, we did hav a nice wholesome meal and i made a new fren..Azizah..Loik's fiancee..

After dinner we chill @ starbucks and had great conversations. Mostly about life, marriage, savings and work...it's been awhile since i last join them, so it was really nice. =) and they had a surprise for me & jun..

its very disturbing. the turmoil is disturbing me. the violence. the riots. the people killed & hurt. seeing the videos and reports on the situation there is disturbing me. I know 4 of them personally, they who have been living in Singapore for years. 3 of them my fren. the other is my ex-boss. Bcoz im quite close to all of them last time, i know roughly what's the problem with their country.

im wondering how they are coping with the situation in their country, where family members are there. i can only hope the best for them & family. although its not any of our business or mine, but seeing the images in the news really makes me angry. how could they?

peace. fairness. safety. freedom. that's the way it should be.

for those who are in the know, please do something. don't just ignore.

and i rarely used the rest of my shoes...coz i always forget i have them!!..on for this black pointed heels..my fav..if i feel like wearing heels..

meet up wif my baby @ novena after work. he had just finished doing his things. by the time its already 6.30pm. so i suggested that we break fast @ newton hawker centre...coz i hav not been there for ages..and of coz..we had a very full meal, considering only the two of us ate the 4 dishes. =P

after dinner, we went to tekka (to meet my baby's frenz!..haha)..JOKING! actually, i need to visit my vanessa's..stayed for awhile and then we head home.

a short meet up, but its worth while =)

they say they are my frens. they say they love me. they say i can count on them. they say they miss me. they say they enjoyed my company. they say they wanna meet up.

But do they really mean it? i wonder.

so ive been fasting for 4 days straight this week. so ive paid back my "missed fasting days" from last yr. HAVE U PAID BACK?? hmm....

i break fast at my baby's house in the evening. his mom cooked for me, how sweet? hehe.. after mahgrib my baby had to continue working and his younger bro went out studying..so left me n his mom alone at home. its kinda nice for us to have a bonding session. we chit chat, gossip , gave comments to people in the tv and even help her write a speech for tmrw function..

wanna know what? she's the mc for this function @ Masjid Taqwa and she wants me to help her prepare her script, i mean checking the sentences and grammar ( coz she already had a draft on what to say)..the best part is when we acted out the whole thing. she's reading her script while i was the audience...hahha.. funny lah his mom..i cheered for her at the end of everything..we had fun!! =) n i gave her the Kurma Set (with 3 cute containers) by tupperware..she's very lucky to hav a daughter-in-law like me! lolx

my baby was surprised tht i was still ard at his house. it was already 11.30pm when i went home. he was happy tht i can click with his mom. n of coz, i am very happy too...

a fashion disaster..pain for the eyes..

trust me, i had a 1st hand experience on it..but i was lucky to have a long enough top to cover my bum. what a day!..

so i went to work after so many days of mc & leave..all my colleagues so excited to see me. ask me lots of questions. my boss welcome me with open arms. some told me to stay away from them but i purposely come near them. haha..some said i cant eat chicken anymore..(what crap..) some say i go for long holiday buy hari raya clothes (this one surely lost..haha)..but my girlies really miss me! hehehe

But after all the hush hush and a warm welcome back to work, the best part is this. at the end of the day, when ive shut down my pc, my boss james call me and said,
"Mira, Welcome Back!!!..hahaha"...

a joker he is. after a busy day, he purposely said that to me. welcome back to reality.
