my 1st blow at work..bluegh!

yesterday wasnt my day at all. was late for work. 7.50am reach work. didnt manage to inform my superior, mr james. my baby send me. was raining heavily. drench wif water. shoes filled wif water. hair all wet. come in the office like "star karat". everyone started work. so obvious. said sorry to james. he looked unhappy. i tot it was over my bad luck..
was going to say sorry to james again after i finish my work, when he came n inform me of a mistake i made! ohhh noo...!! i accepted a cheq that is encoded wrongly...it was encoded as $145..but written as $945 on the cheq..n i didnt realise it n accept it! damn! customer complain, the payee got shortage of $800!! i tot it was the end of me..
james didnt scold. juz advice. he talk to me personally, luckily. but he said the big boss is not very happy. im so embarrased...2 undesirable thing happen in one go. so dissapointed in myself. it wld affect my appraisal. damn!
was so dissapointed in myself. i tried to control my self. but i cant. i broke down but i didnt look away from my pc. manage to stop it. but i broke down again in the toilet. my collegues were great. thanks vickey n syah.
they make me feel better althogh i told them not to console me..they make me smile again. vickey suggested we dance in the rain...! how sweet..luv u guys.. =)
this is a HUGE BLOW for me.. im so paranoid of being blacklisted in my team..n giving the impressions of not capable enough for this position. DAMN!
