UOB bank.
i received a call from UOB bank on wednesday morning. i was surprised to get the the call coz i only sent the application on saturday. n so i hav to plan my day the nex day.wat sholuld i do?? take leave or mc?..i juz took half day on monday.n im not anywhere sick to take mc. still confused. but excited abt the interview. nvr tot they wld call me.told my baby abt it, he was hhapy 4 me.
on thurday, the interview day woke up damn early. still confused wat shld i tell my boss. urgent leave or mc?..n so i seek my sis help n she say mc. i called my boss n say i have menses cramps n cant come to work. it worked!! hahaha..wanna know wat i wear??..it was really smart n professional looking. haaha. not used to it. wore a smart long pants with ironed-line!a sleeveless top with my blazer outside. i tied my hair in a pony tail looking damn neat n tidy. no danggling earings only a silver necklace wif a small heart. sweet huh? hahaha...a pair of mondo black pumps, a small handbag n my certs in the file i hold. n so i headed to raffles place, uob tower 1.
15th floor.i walked to the receptionist.there were 3 other girls waiting.waited ofr abt 2hrs then i was my turn.the interview went well, took more than 15mins. wow.it was a success. i got a 2nd interview nex wk!!!!!!!!!!.....im very happy witht he job offer as Junior Officer..an executive position,to think that i dun hav a single expericence in any thing else except 4 chemicals..hhaah. i was surprise when the interview offer me the post as initially,i was applying for customer service only. but she say since i was a diploma holder, they expect more n better from dip graduates . n therefore the junior officer was offered. the pay was great n the benefits was awweeeeeesome!..i juz hope my 2nd interview will be a good one too.
the reason i wanted to leave NK chemicals n all that related to my chemical engineering course is because......i cant stand the chemicals anymore.its such s health hazard with those cancer causing components n skin irritaiton substances. n the journey sux.to tuas. from tamp. it a hell.but really, im not complaining abt my work enviroment ther n its quite professional to my job, but for my future i was juz trying to move one n make the best out of my life. a new career mayb. better prospects.wearing office wear,looking very professional.n mayb i can futher my sudies n hav a banking n finance degree. heeeeeee......im juz considering..!haha...for now, i juz prayed hard...
